Corrections
The most useful message you can send us is a correction. A statement marked observed that cannot be verified in its linked source is the most serious error available to us, and we would rather hear about it than not.
Include the page, the statement, and the source that shows the correct position if you have it. We correct pages rather than removing them, and we say what changed.
What we cannot help with
Guest posts and paid placements. We do not accept either, in any form, at any price.
Requests to be listed, ranked or featured. We publish no lists, rankings or featured business sections, so there is nothing to be added to.
Requests to remove accurate criticism. If something we have published is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. If it is right and unwelcome, it stays.
Individual clinical or legal questions. We are a trade publication, not a clinician or a solicitor. If you are unwell after a procedure, contact the treating practitioner, NHS 111 or, in an emergency, 999. For redress questions, our standing reference on complications and redress sets out the routes that exist, and then you should take advice.
Suggesting a standing reference
The standing references exist because the briefings kept needing to restate the same structural material. If there is a framework, a mechanism or a distinction that the sector keeps getting wrong and there is no accurate plain account of it anywhere, that is a good candidate. Tell us what it is and why the existing accounts fail.
Sponsorship
Rates are quoted per issue and are the same for every sponsor. Before enquiring, please read the rate card, and in particular the published list of what sponsorship cannot buy. It is long and it is not negotiable, which saves everybody a conversation.
